It has a spacious double bed, a bunk bed with two single beds and a fabulous dining room. The WC has a separate shower cabin and the kitchen is conveniently sized for a comfortable holiday with family or friends.

  • How to get 10% discount?
    - 10% discount for more than 20 days rentals.
    You will see this discount automatically applied on quoting process...
  • Do you provide transfers from airport?
    Yes, we have a transfer service available from airport or train station or any hotel to the rental station and back.
    Price is 70€ in Porto and 40€ in Faro, each way and up to 5 persons.
  • How the motorhome works?
    Everything works very simply and intuitively!
    We will explain in detail the operation of the motorhome on the pick up day. Your presence on this explanation is mandatory and will take about 45 minutes.
    In addition, the Campilider Assistance Line will be available to answer any questions during your trip.
  • Does the motorhome have WC with hot water? And refrigerator?
    Our motorhomes are fully equipped with bathroom, hot water shower, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, kitchen sink, central heating, 100 liters of water ...
    In addition, they have autonomous energy!.. it means everything works regardless of whether we are in the city or in the middle of the desert!
  • Full insurance coverage?
    The daily rate includes insurance covering own damages, damages caused to third parties, protection to the occupants of the vehicle, isolated break of glasses and road side assistance 24h.
    The deductible basis for own damages is € 1.500 but can be reduced to € 600 if you want to travel stress free for only 15€/day!
  • How old are the motorhomes?
    Our motorhomes are always very recent and, given the constant turnover of fleet vehicles, we have new vehicles every year.
  • Can i travel outside Portugal?
    Yes. Our motor homes are free to travel all over Europe at no additional cost.
    For countries outside Europe, please contact us.
  • Is there anywhere to leave my car?
    Off course! You can leave your car inside our stations, free of charge during your rental.
  • Is there a minimum rental period?
    Minimum 3 days during low and medium season and 7 days during high season. Please contact reservations center to specific requests.

  • What extras do I have available to rent?
    We have several extra equipment to hire such as:
    - Kitchen kit: Dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, etc.
    - Bedding kit: Bedding sheets, blanket and pillow
    - Towels kit: Set of 3 different size towels and some cosmetics
    - Baby seat: To supply according childs age (must be informed previously)
    - Camping table
    - Camping chair

    Extras prices will be shown during booking process and we recommend to include it at booking time. However, you can also do it later by contacting Reservations Center by email reservas@campilider.com.
    To assure your extras availabilty, please book it until 48h before pick up.
  • What is the consumption of a Motorhome?
    Driving style and chosen itinerary can vary considerably the consumption but, on average, motorhomes consume between 8 and 10 liters / 100 km.
  • Who can drive our motorhomes?
    Minimum age of hirer and drivers 23 years old and class B driving license for at least 2 years.
    First driver is the hirer. Additional drivers could be authorized with extra charge of 20€ each driver and per rental (one payment for all the rental period).
  • Do i need to pay something to confirm my reservation?
    Prepayment of 30% will be due on reservation time and remaining 70% up to 14 days before pick up day.
    Payment options are by credit card or bank transfer. Debit cards are also accepted on our Ovar reservations center.
  • How can I make a reservation?
    Better way is right here on this website but you can also send your booking request by phone +351 256 792 069, by email reservas@campilider.com or personally visiting one of ours rental stations.
    If you make reservation on the website, please be aware your BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED immediately as we have to first check availability. You will receive availability confirmation until 48h after request submission inviting to proceed with your reservation.
  • What are the schedules to pick up and drop off the Motorhome?
    Days of collection and return will be charged together as a single day. For this reason, there are pre-set pick-up and drop off times:
    Pick up from 15h to 17h, drop off from 10h to 11h.
    There is, however, the possibility to choose Earlier pick up at 10h and / or Late drop off until 17h for an extra charge of 40% of the correspondent daily rate, but this possibility is subject to availability.
  • Are you open on weekends?
    Pick up and/or drop off on Saturdays is possible with surcharge 40€.
    We are closed on Sundays.
  • Can i Pick up the Motorhome in PORTO (Ovar) and drop it off in ALGARVE (Faro)?
    No. Pick up and drop off are always in the same rental station.
  • Can i take my pet?
    No. Although we are animal supporters, unfortunately we do not allow pets in our motorhomes. This is due to hygienic concerns and prevention of allergies.
  • What is the security deposit?
    The security deposit is not a payment!
    Security deposit has the same value of customer maximum liability in case of accident, theft, damages, etc.
    For the security deposit, you need to present your credit card VISA or MASTERCARD on the pick up day.

  • Eletronic tolls? How can i pay?
    All our motorhomes are pre-equipped with electronic toll devices Via Verde.
    You only pay if you use it and the cost is 1,85€/day with a maximum of 18,50€ per rental, plus the roads cost.
    Drive freely as the final amount is charged to your credit card!
  • What to do in case of accident or breakdown? Is there travel assistance?
    In the event of an accident, breakdown or the need for assistance during travel, contact us immediately through the assistance line on the vehicle documents. If necessary, insurance roadside assistance will be activated.
  • Do I have to stay at a campsite overnight?
    We always advice our customers to stay in camping areas or service areas overnight given that all the necessary facilities are available, such as access to electrical connections, showers and changing rooms, place to refill and empty water tanks, etc.
    Mobile applications like www.park4night.com and www.caramaps.com are a great help.
  • Where can i refill the water tank?
    Camping areas, service areas or gas stations are typical places where you can do this. The application www.park4night.com provides great help locating these points.
  • Does the motorhome have electrical plugs inside?
    Yes, our motorhomes are equiped with 12V, USB, and traditional 220V (European format) sockets. They are distributed by the motorhome in order to provide a pleasant living area, including USB ports in the bedding area so that you can charge your mobile phone at night. 220V sockets will work whenever the motorhome is connected to the electricity.
  • Are there any hidden / indirect costs?
    No. All costs mentioned in the booking confirmation are final. There will be no surcharges or hidden costs if the reservation is not changed. In the event of an accident or damage, the maximum amount charged will be equal to the security deposit previously confirmed.
    Please note that fuel and toll charges are the responsibility of the traveler.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 10% discount for more than 20 days rentals.

- Pick up and drop off in Porto (Ovar) or Algarve (Faro), Monday to Friday. Pick up from 15h to 17h, drop off from 10h to 11h.
- Pick up and/or drop off on Saturdays are possible with surcharge of 40€.
- Pick up at 10h and/or drop off until 17h are possible on request. Surcharge 40% daily rate.
- The daily rates are charged for each calendar day. However, the days of collection and return will be charged together as a single day.
- Prepayment of 30% on reservation. Remaining 70% until 14 days before pick up day. Security deposit on pick up day by Credit Card.
- Security deposit (excess) of 1.500€ for possible damages in the vehicle. Deposit will be returned in a maximum of 10 days after drop off.
- Excess reduction to 600€ is possible. Surcharge 15€ per day.
- Via Verde for highway tolls: 1,85€ / day + tolls. Invoice sent immediately after credit card charge.
- All vehicles are non-smoking vehicles and pets are not allowed. Extra cleaning expenses are 200€.
- Motorhome is supplied with a full tank and must return in the same condition. Refill service fee of 15€ will be charged plus fuel.
- Vehicles are delivered clean and must be clean when returned. Interior cleaning service 100€ and/or emptying the toilet cartridge 50€ and/or emptying the waste water tank 45€.
- The renter is always responsible towards authorities for running after the contractual limits and assumes all responsibility concerning to infractions or others non accidental damages
during the rental. The delay in returning the motorhome will have a cost of 35€/each hour started.
